This is what I consider to be next-level and what SEGA's artists and in-house creative team are still failing to grasp.

Why, look, this is exactly how Amy *should* look. I mean she is the female representative face of the franchise. The tonal balances in this artwork are perfect. However her nature, that of an infatuated, cute, female anthropomorphic hedgehog is captured here in perfect focus. This artwork shows exactly how Amy feels and how she really does in-character in the game.

Amy's pose, stance and body language captures the spirit of her perfectly. This is the Amy Rose we know, the Sonic-crazy girl that's no pushover, yet still in touch with her feminine side.
